New booking system. Why? Cause I absolutely suck at emails. Let’s be perfectly honest, this is where I struggle the most. I have spent over a decade changing & editing how I do my booking process & at the end of the day, I still end up in the same situation where I get behind or miss a message. I’ve lost clients because of this. It’s just the truth. It’s the sh*tty truth, but it’s the truth.
I have officially switched to a booking app called Venue.ink Which has been something I’ve been working on adjusting to for the last month+.
The goal of switching over, is to give my clients more visibility and more power in their booking decisions.
You don’t have to wait for me to get back to you on what days work best! You get to choose based on the calendar that I have set.
YOU HAVE THE POWER NOW!
* if I feel the request is something that I am incapable of doing, or something that I feel would fit a better Artist I will contact you directly!
* This app also will send you text reminders for your appointment
* And you will still be able to contact me if needed for a reschedule or emergency.
* In-person Consults are still available and are usually required for any coverups or reworks.
* And you can pay through the app after the appointment is done as an option. Which means you will now be able to to use payment plans such as Klarna.
I currently have my calendar set for every three months. (I’ve been working on trying to manage my home/work life.)
There will always be exceptions for the rule, so if you’re traveling from out of state and need to book ahead of time I’ll be leaving at my previous intake form on my website kjonestattoo.com! (Large groups, private events, contact me through illusiatattoos@gmail)
