Three weddings, three amazing teams!!

This week reminded us exactly what it takes to make magic happen, teamwork, dedication, and heart. 💛🖤

We had three events happening in three different areas, and every single one of our teams absolutely crushed it. From the planning and design to the setup and ex*****on, every detail came together beautifully because of the people who give their all — every time.

What does it take to pull this off?
✨ Communication.
✨ Preparation.
✨ Trust in each other.
✨ A shared commitment to excellence.

Each team brought their A-game, supported one another, and represented LUSHA with pride, professionalism, and creativity. It’s not easy to pull off three events in one week, but when you have a group of passionate, hardworking, and talented people who care deeply about what they do… you make it look effortless.

We couldn’t be more grateful or proud of this crew. Every single one of you deserves your own individual recognition.

The majority of our labor and logistics team and our company as a matter of fact are Gen Z!! I can’t tell you how much these young adults are thriving in this industry! They went to learn, they went to be put in charge of things and take owner ship, but they also have great ides that i give them the platform and work environment to express them! I love our family, it takes a special person to make it into this group right here! We are building something special over at stop by sometime and check it out!

Workout, writing, prayer and mediation done by 6am! Meeting at 7, Staff meeting at 10, then a meeting to possibly acquire a large amount of business (fingers crossed 🤞🏽) at 11:15!! Then 7 interviews after that becayse our season is fully booked!! ! Then I get to finish the day at softball practice outside tonight doing what I love!! Life is full and today I am simply blessed! Be carful what you pray for and what for what you work for! You might just surprise your ass and get “IT”!! God is Good all the time yall!!

Whatever dream you’re chasing I support fully and I am cheering you on and you may not know it, but you are also an inspiration to me!! So keep pushing the limit, keep proving people wrong!

She volunteered at a flower shop over 22yrs ago in Portland, Oregon on Valentine’s Day, in the freezing cold just so she could be around flowers and learn their scientific names! She started her own business The Olive and Poppy 9yrs ago. I have been doing large event work since I was 16 years old years old working my ass off in the worst conditions ever!! Today we celebrate our 1yr anniversary with our a company Lusha Event Design!!!!!

Mrs. Martinez and I have almost 45yrs combined of event, design and floral experience! We have learned how to do things the wrong way, we have failed more times than we can count, we have had multiple people try and knock us down, we have had our own personal struggles to deal with!!! Running a company is hard, running one with your significant other has a whole other set of challenges!! But when you put God first, work hard to become a better couple for each other, better leaders for your family, your company and your community, and surround yourself with the most amazing team, then all things are possible!

Hey everyone!! It’s that time of year again that Thestrikecrew and The Olive & Poppy Floral Design are having their annual winter clothing drive!! If you have any used coats, socks, blankets, gloves and hats that you can spare we will gladly take them from you!! Other items needed are small propane bottles, tarps, sleeping bags and the biggest thing is personal Hygiene bags!

We can accept donations at two places, our warehouse off 6th Ave and Wadsworth or my facility In Denver off I-70 and Havana! Please contact me for drop off items to make sure some is there! Drop off deadline is 12.20.23. We will deliver at the first if the year of anyone would like to join and be of service!!! Thank you all so much for your donations over the last few years!! They really do make a difference!!
