I had this idea the other day when I was stopping by Denver Public Library - offering these as a non-permanent customizable bag, especially for folks to use for library trips! You can write the titles of the books you bring home on the spines, and then it also serves as a reminder of which books need to make their way back to the library! (Also, if you’re indecisive and want to change up the books on your bag, it’s great for that too!) So! A test needed to be done to decide on the right washable markers. Erasable markers that use heat to erase were out, because if you leave them in a hot car, your writing would vanish - so I’m trying two easily-available “ultra-washable” marker brands to see how they do! I am teaching the very first “Adult Open Studio” class at Art Garage in a couple of weeks. I can teach a demo of whatever I want, and folks can work on the technique or project I demo, or they can work on their own project. What I want to know is: what should I teach/demo?? What would you want to learn and have a chance to try in a 2-hour class?
