Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the Esquire Theatre is nestled into Denver's hip and trendy Capitol Hill area. Originally opened in the Fall of 1927 as the Hiawatha Theatre with one screen and a balcony, over the years, it has evolved into a twin screener. f a theatre built in the early 1960s, its presentation is definitely up-to-date, including 70mm capability and Sony Dynamic Digital Sound. A beautiful two screen art house dating from 1927, showing a mixture of new independent and foreign classics from around the world. Denver's home for Rocky Horror Picture Show and a thriving midnight movie series, come give us a try! Parking is free in lot adjacent to the theatre.
