Alphabet prints are listed in the new print shop!

Two things that have been very important to me when putting together print options were:
1) Quality! I take a lot of care putting together the work that I do, and I want to make sure that’s extended into the physical printing of the pieces. I’ve ordered a couple prints from and have been blown away by their quality! Each print is a gallery-quality giclée art print on 100% cotton rag archival paper, printed with archival inks. It makes my heart very happy to be able to offer that!
2) I needed someone else to handle the shipping process. I still have left over ✨feeling✨ about having to store thousands of envelopes during my wedding stationery days. Right now, I don’t want to store product or shipping materials, which is great because will ship directly to you!

Pretty excited to be able to offer prints, I’ve been sitting on this idea for a while ❤️

Things that have been bringing me creative joy lately:
• diving back into figure illustration! This one has been on my list for years, I used to almost exclusively draw humans years ago.
• exploring ✨animation✨I absolutely love illustration, and I don’t think I’ll be leaving any time soon, but I’ve been loving learning about illustrating for movement. I’m currently playing with how to make a volunteer project I’m working on twinkle ✨
• diving back into art supplies 🎨 I’ve been drawing digitally for years now (thank you, iPad, ily) and I painted with gouache last night and my mind could not fully compute and remember how paint worked. It’s a challenge that I’m excited to take on.

I’m thankful to be back in a space where I can feel creative again and explore new and old ideas. This past year has been a little bit of a mess and I’m glad to be digging myself out (with the help of my loved ones. Thank you, loved ones!) and getting re-excited about things I love.

How have you been bringing creative joy into your life lately?

Let’s play three truths and zero lies! I bet you’ll win…

1) I was born in Poland and lived there until second grade. (Here’s young Angelika’s school photo! Peep that brooch 👑) We lived in southern Poland, in a city called Bielsko-Biała. When my mom and I first arrived in the US, I had to immediately say goodbye to my childhood pet cockatiel, Jacek, at the airport because he didn’t have the right documentation to enter the States 🥴 Jacek was my first pet (he would have free range of our apartment in Poland and used to wake me up every morning by flying onto my bed ❤️) and it was a pretty tear-filled start to this new American chapter of my life 🥲

2) I was one of those kids that knew she wanted to be an artist since I was very young. A couple of years back, I found one of my very first illustrated books which was a story about a flower that grew when a person watered it. It was a riveting tale with absolutely no plot twists. I later graduated to drawing Rugrats characters (and selling those drawings to my grade school friends resulting in ✨my first business✨). Surprising no one, I ended up studying fine art in college (but chose Spanish as my *practical* second degree 🥴). Since graduating, I’ve been on an endless and relentless quest to figure out who I am as an artist and how to build a sustainable practice.

3) I identify as an empath and an HSP 🤗 I was always a super shy and emotional kid (and now adult) who felt things very deeply, and I never understood why. I went on a very deep self-exploration journey (stereotypically, triggered by a tough break-up) a couple of years back when realized that I’m sensitive as hell. In the best way! Practically speaking, this can mean that performance arts often bring me to happy tears, that when I spend time with others, I tend to pick up on their emotions even when they can’t vocalize them, and that I have a very strong connection to animals. It means a lot of other things, too, and realizing these things about myself was pretty neat and incredibly useful in understanding myself.

Did you win 3/3?!
