What an ICONIC weekend for these solo optionals 🌀

There were a few twists as this was our first time with ID and was our first time having our petites compete in Intermediate and everyone killed it! This was an insanely hard competition with some wonderful and inspiring studios and large amounts of routines. Here are the results.

⭐️ “I Didn’t Know My Own Strength” 4th Overall, 2nd Title Runner Up, Scholarship, Judges Choice for Full Out Performer and the Magnetic Energy Award

⭐️ “Change” 8th Overall, 3rd Title Runner Up, Scholarship, Judges Choice for Full Commitment

⭐️ “Headlock” 10th Overall, 2nd Title Runner Up, Scholarship, Judges Choice for Lovely Lines and Artistry Award

⭐️ “Patenipat” 21st Overall and 10th Title Runner Up

⭐️ “The Story” 7th Overall, 6th Title Runner Up, Scholarship, Judges Choice for Most Potential and the Intrinsic Award (Only one given out per session.)

This was such a wonderful way to close the Petites Season Three chapter and such a rewarding weekend for our Teen Team! To brag on these two petites a little bit, this is only their second year in competition and have climbed to the next level (literally and metaphorically) they’ve improved at rapid rates and shown up and represented at every single competition no matter the division. We’re so excited to see where this journey takes them.

What an ULTIMATE weekend! ✨

These girls did such an amazing job this weekend with early mornings, late nights and long days. We saw some routines take their last time on stage this weekend and it’s so surreal as our third season is coming to a close. The highlight of this weekend was receiving the “Spirit of Ultimate” award. This highlights how our dancers acted behind the scenes and interacted with others. We are so proud of having not only very talented kids, but kind and respectful ones as well. We also saw some very special things begin clicking for a lot of our dancers within routines such as texture in movement, taking more space and performance. Below are some of the results for this weekend. There was an amazing group of studios to compete with and large amounts of numbers to go against and we always love a challenge.

Something that makes us super special? Our monthly guest classes. ✨

Our monthly guest classes are incorporated in our dancers training. This gives them the chance to work with the top teachers and choreographers in the Charlotte area. They get the opportunity to learn to styles like Vogue, Ballroom, African, Tap and more. They also get to grow, network and gain personal content. This is such a wonderful experience that we are proud to provide. 💕

Another weekend win for this team! ✨

We had four dancers compete and take class this weekend at Streetz as an optional event to further their training. This was also a no division competition, which they don’t do often. It was a challenge that they conquered. They worked hard, learned lots and even went home with a couple things!

⭐️ “Patenipat” Platinum, 2nd in Contemporary and 5th Overall
