As a lifelong Anne Rice stan I was trepidatious when I heard they were adapting Interview with the Vampire into a tv series. I was PUMPED when the show proved itself to be a bold, innovative, and altogether captivating adaptation of the novel.

My favorite spin the show offers on the original was the casting of the extraordinary Bailey Bass as Claudia. I wasn’t initially sure about aging up the character but Bailey delivers a thoughtful, fascinating, and electric performance that brought depth and imagination to the infamous immortal child.

TLDR: Y’all Bailey straight slayed as Claudia on Interview with the Vampire.

Ladies and Gentlemen - the one, the only, the incomparable, Starina.

Paying homage today to one of my all time favorite films, The Birdcage. Nathan Lane is a wonder that never ceases in his gorgeous, multifaceted, and iconic performance as Albert, and watching him in The Birdcage as a child was an experience I can only describe as love at first sight. This movie is a great comedy, but more importantly a film that emphasizes the almighty truth that living as your full and authentic self is a beautiful and powerful human right.

It was beyond surreal when I first received a message from my childhood icon
last summer. I grew up watching her on Alex Mack, Boy Meets World, The Babysitters Club (I was OBSESSED with that movie), and so much more.

Natanya gave me the amazing opportunity to create a series of posters based on her favorite cinematic love stories for her upcoming wedding to her now husband,

Collaborating with Natanya was one of the coolest things I’ve ever done, and it’s a joy to finally share the final portraits of these amazing people and stunning newly weds. I’m forever grateful to Natanya for bringing this magic into my life and being amazing every step of the way. Congratulations Natanya and Sam!
