Society Colorado will soon house Thrive's second location, a hub of plant-based dishes dedicated to fueling and nourishing all.

From the first bricks being laid, to the articles now making the papers, we value experiencing these moments together and cannot wait to create many more memories with you when our doors are open! Are you ready for a better plant-based breakfast? Our fermented pumpkin seed eggs infused with cordyceps, sprouted brown rice protein, and local vegetables create the perfect fluffy and delicate texture you'd expect from a typical quiche.

This dish is completely plant-based, while still being energizing and balanced with nutrition and protein. Our house made gluten-free crust adds the perfect crisp, while our fermented nut cheese brings the whole dish together. Are you ready for a bite?

One of the best things about having Thrive as our (soon to be) sister restaurant is that you can take a look at a sweet treat like this, and be able to devour it now before we open! Dig in!

Featured: our signature fully raw cashew-based cheesecake infused with dragonfruit, orange, and fresh vanilla bean. Perfectly balanced with a delectable pecan, walnut, and medjool date crust.

Iman Haidar- Co-owner/Founder

Iman is a multidisciplinary director working in creative arts, science, and wellness. She has operated as an herbalist, biochemist, creative director, entertainment liaison, designer, brand ambassador, performance coordinator, and artist over the last decade. Iman double majored in Biochemistry and Integrative Medicine at the Metropolitan State University of Denver, then went on to pursue the Medical Herbalism program at The Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism.

She has co-operated two successful movement based entertainment companies, including Pyroglyphics, as well as The Wild's Craft , a pop-up herbal elixir bar. A naturally creative and passionate leader, she has worked globally, directing large-scale productions at events such as Burning Man, Tipper & Friends, and TomorrowWorld. She is wildly passionate about creating multi-faceted events and looks forward to curating Society as an intentional community space.

Mural art has been a large part of the view that we are imprinting upon Society's interwoven creative space.

Today we wanted to share the love for our dear friend A.L. Grime and her out of this world creations. She will be coordinating all murals and curating the art at society as well as doing a mural install of her own.
