Nathalie Baret, founder of Win-Win PR & Artist Management, LLC, empowers diverse Creators to elevate their brands through strategic storytelling and marketing initiatives. With a BA in Business and extensive experience in publicity, branding, and media relations, Nathalie’s career spans roles at major record labels, entertainment organizations, newspapers, and radio stations.
Some of her roles have included:
▪️Publicity at Pasha/CBS Records and Executive Assistant to the Senior VP of the International Dept. at Warner Bros. Records in Los Angeles.
▪️Brand Specialist position at Wella Hair Company, where she significantly enhanced brand visibility and resonance.
▪️Director of promotions for AGM Radio, creating and running successful campaigns across a seven-cluster station group in the four corners.
▪️Creating strategic press kits for Cumulus Radio’s General Manager, contributing to increasing brand awareness amongst advertising potential clients.
▪️Radio show revamps and marketing efforts at Entercom Denver KEZW, including content creation, booking guests, writing on-air plugs and commercials and fostering audience engagement.
▪️Management of marketing and media relations for Urban Air Adventure Park locations in Denver East and Katy, Texas.
▪️Over 15 years as an entertainment journalist, contributing to publications such as The Daily Times, Albuquerque Journal, and Denver Westword, among others.
Currently, Nathalie’s artist roster includes talents such as indie-rock/Americana band Milquetoast & Co. and country southern-rock band CW & Twenty Hands High. Noteworthy collaborations also encompass securing media for national country artist Clare Dunn (radio, print/online, TV-News), and working with Denver/Nashville pop-country singer and 2023 “The Voice” contestant, Caitlin Quisenberry.
