Here is an improvised live set I did in Berlin a few weeks ago. Join in watching the premiere if you'd like. I will be in the live chat talking about what is going on or anything else you'd like to chat about. This set went in a different way than I normally play so it might be an interesting one to check out. I hope you enjoy. See you in the live chat!

The SURCO Live Hardware Performance Guide is a 38 page practical guide to building a live set that functions as a playable instrument rather than a collection of equipment. It helps performers define what “live” means to them, choose the minimum effective setup, prepare flexible musical material without scripting every moment, and develop a personal vocabulary of patterns, sounds, transitions, and performance techniques. Through focused practice, active listening, recovery strategies, gig preparation, honest post-performance review, and practical downloadable tools the guide teaches musicians to balance technical reliability with creative freedom—building enough confidence and structure to respond to the music, the room, the audience, new ideas, and even mistakes in real time.
