The Voltaire Collective is back at The Bug — and this time, they're bringing the last circus on earth with them. But something evil is afoot. In the middle of the night, the entire circus gets kidnapped — and it's up to the lion tamer and the artist to save everyone before the endangered finally become extinct. Can they pull it off? Third Thursday = film family reunion. 🎥🐞 The Emerging Filmmakers Project returns tonight — the home of Denver’s independent film scene since 2002.

That’s 20+ years of local filmmakers screening bold, weird, brilliant work right here at The Bug. 💛

Curated and hosted by volunteers from the local film community, The EFP is where:
🎬 New films get their first audience
🎤 Filmmakers get real-time feedback
🤝 Creatives meet future collaborators
🔥 And the indie spirit stays very alive

And yes — the talkback is part of the magic. After each film, you get to tell the filmmaker exactly what you think. Spirited? Sometimes. Supportive? Always.

It's the middle of the week. The middle of the month. And The Bug is about to get very Renaissance. 🍺🎭

HUMPFest! brings the best and brightest acts from the Colorado Renaissance Faire to our stage for a special midweek show — in extended format glory, with way more breathing room than a fairground tent allows.

Tonight, catch The Craic Show, with opening band The Grog Blossoms. Come for the mid-week magic, stay for the splendor. And swing by the Faire this weekend to see these amazing acts in their natural habitat!

The Bug Theatre is bringing "The Room" — Tommy Wiseau's legendary, gloriously unhinged 2003 masterpiece — to Navajo Street for a cult classic screening series. And we're kicking things off with a double feature.
