Nobody talks about why certain music feels different in your body. It’s not random. Your nervous system responds to tuning, resonance, and vibration before your conscious mind even knows what’s happening. That’s not woo woo. That’s biology. Music has evolved, and that’s not a bad thing. But somewhere in that evolution, we forgot what it was originally for.

It can still do both.

Save this next time you need to slow down.
