Learn to control your cage so it's smooth and effortless. Learn the traditional cage, a chest roll, cages halo,caged Jesus, and more. Learn where to go from a cage and ways to get into a cage PREREQUISITE: Cheating Death

Windmills-Dragon-Intermediate
Windmills are a big power vertical move! We will break down all the parts of a windmill to fully understand what it is,add some stretches, and then it's go time. We will go over a windmill in a forward roll, reverse, and learn how to do it continuously.
PREREQUISITE-Chi Rolls in Forward and Reverse

Get Vertical with Dragon Staff: Advanced
Intermediate/Advanced-Vertical Plane opens up a variety of new ways to think about movement! We will start in Vertical Chi because it will demonstrate that vertical feeling. Progession with concepts that are already familar with horizontal(like cheating death and forearm roll) and more. Advancing into angel rolls and variations, overhead prayers in the vertical plane, and weaves. PREREQUISITE-Chi Rolls, Reversed Chi, fundamental Dragon staff

Hi, Hi, it's me. Resurfacing with a little more character development.
I'm still creating(quietly). I'm growing, breaking down, and re-growing. I still have a ways to go. And that's OK. I don't need to be perfect all the time.
I've been busy with the creation of which goes beyond me. The plans in place are for my community. To help movement artists grow and thrive. Moving in that direction, for the better of everyone, fills my heart with so much joy.

There has been joy and sorrow. And for those of you who have helped me see joy when my eyes are clouded with grief; thank you. I see you. The support means everything.

Wyoming International Film Festival in Cheyenne was so magical ✨️

I took some time to really reflecting on this amazing opportunity I got to spin some fire for the . I was beyond thrilled when Rudi reached out to me to perform back in February. Then, to find out the documentary 'Fire Spinner-Wyo PBS' was also going to be showing among Wyoming Art films, Epp! I finally get to live out a childhood dream to see myself on the big screen! 😍 The little girl in me was jumping up and down.

Little did I know, that it would hit me in the heart so hard. There I was, on the screen, watching the documentary about me made a couple of years ago and....so much has change. I'm not living in Wyoming anymore. The family ranch that I loved so much is sold. My whole life had shifted. But for the better.
My skills as a performer have grown so much. I'm performing more and more. My dreams have skyrocketed and I'm working with like minded people to make them happen. I cried tears of sorrow and joy.

The joy overcame any sorrow and made me soar when I performed for the audience afterwards. Getting to share my art with folks whom have never seen fire dancing is one of my absolute pleasures. It's love transformed into magic that lights up the soul.

I have so much gratitude to share. Thank you Rudi for asking me to perform and for being the smoothest gig I have had so far. It is seriously a pleasure working with you.
I met so many amazing humans that night and I hope to keep in touch and see their art grow. Maybe work with some of you 😉

Keep lighting up the world with your magic. It's okay if you haven't found the 'thing' that lights you up yet. Keep that childlike curiosity in your heart and explore. If you keep your eyes open, it might just be right around the corner.
