TRU mixes a wide variety of House Music including but not limited to: Happy Vocal House, Tech House, Deep House, Circuit, and Commercial Pop & Hip-Hop dance remixes. His sets can journey through a variety of dance music including disco, soulful vocals, 80's & 90's era dance, plus the hottest Pop and Hip-Hip dance remixes of today. TRU is notorious for his mixsets that explore the depths of dark, s

exy, and bass heavy Tech House. TRU has established himself as expert in tailoring sets for each venue and unique vibes of the crowd. Since 2005, TRU has performed at several Denver, Colorado area venues such as Tarantula Billiards, Opal Lounge, Club Vinyl, Milk Bar, Funky Buddha Lounge, Tracks Nightclub, University of Denver, Trade Denver, Fyrelight Camping Festival, Charlie's Denver, and as of August 2025, TRU concluded a 5+ year residency with Denver Sweet. Currently, DJ TRU holds a monthly residency at the Denver Eagle.
