A huge thank you to all our vendors and volunteers who’s hard work made the market a total success!

THANK YOU to all of YOU who braved a pretty epic snowstorm to shop and support local artists and artisans! We hope you had as much fun attending as we did hosting!

And a special thanks to Greg Labbe, who was our official greeter, and Bud Elliott who as Santa brought a lot of joy to the market! We so appreciate you volunteering your time.

We know you are all as excited as we are for the Market! So lets share another local who will be there! Lisa Dowery will be showcasing her darling felt hats and suncatchers!

Here's a bit about Lisa in her own words:
I've been in Leadville over 40 years working at the Climax mine till the shut down. Seems like I was better managing my time when I had a job to work around. At that time I was an avid quilter and did alot of stained glass. Those I taught myself.
A couple of years ago I took a class at Fire on the Mountain in wool felting. I fell in love with the process and all the beautiful colors available. I've been making felt hats since expanding to knit hats that I also felt. What I enjoy most is putting colors together.
Same thing with the smaller glass sun catchers I now make, after another class at Fire on the Mountain, it's all about color.

Make sure you come and see the metal smithing mastery of Aimee Goldstein of Wild Asters Studio! She is sure to have something gorgeous for the jewelry lovers on your list!

Aimee Is a self-taught metalsmith who creates Sterling, brass and copper jewelry out of tiny nook in the corner of her Leadville home.
