Latest "repair" remove silly putty from a yarn blanket.....got most of it off and then used hand sanitizer to break it down, unfortunately it stained the yarn. This was knitted which is not my specialty so I could not take it apart and restitch this time. But it's not sticky anymore and it is usable with a little memory left behind.
