Under the direction of Dance Team Director Brittani McLaurin, the North Texas Dancers, are the official dance team of the University of North Texas! We can be seen dancing on the sidelines at all home football games, men's and women's basketball games and volleyball games. We also compete in the Division 1A Game Day, Jazz and Pom divisions at the National Dance Alliance College National Championsh

ips in Daytona Beach, FL. Around campus and within the Denton community, the North Texas Dancers serve as student ambassadors of the university with pride and professionalism. Team members take part in various community service and charity work throughout the city, host dance camps and clinics for young dancers and prospective dance team members and support all University of North Texas organizations!

Recruitment for the 2027-2028 season has officially begun! If you are a current 9-12th grader interested in one day being a member of the North Texas Dancers, this is your first opportunity to come dance with us this season!

We will be recruiting rising seniors at all of our clinics this season. Those wanting to audition for the new season must attend at least one recruit clinic this year.

We can’t wait to dance with y’all!
