We will be holding the first annual Denton ISD Dance Showcase on Tuesday, March 3rd at 6:00pm, at Braswell HS in the main gym. Admission is free and food trucks will be out front starting at 5:30pm. Doors will open at 5:30pm, performances start at 6:00pm.

Come join the Denton ISD dance teams and departments for a fun evening!

Our McMath Middle School Dance Club competed this weekend at ShowTime International contest in Lewisville. The dancers gave it everything they had and left it all on the floor! 💙✨

Their hard work, commitment, and dedication truly shined through. From long practices to pushing themselves to grow stronger each week, these dancers represented McMath with confidence, teamwork, and heart.

Come check out the McMath MS Dance Team as they spread some holiday cheer at their upcoming performances!

This Saturday, Dec 6th, they will be performing at the Denton Holiday Lighting Festival at 4:30pm. The Denton High School Fillies, Ryan Strutters, and The Braswell Royals and Jewels will also be performing. See the map for the Dancing in the Street location.

On Tuesday, Dec 9th at 6:30pm, they will be performing at the DHS Dance Dept Winter Showcase held at the DHS Fine Arts Center.

The Denton ISD middle school dance programs from McMath, Cheek, and Harpool enjoyed an exciting field trip to UNT today. Students watched a live performance and participated in a dance class. They explored new skills and combinations in Lyrical, Hip Hop, Jazz, and Contemporary. It was a fantastic day of learning, growth, and collaboration among our middle school dance programs! A big thank you to the UNT dance program for being so welcoming and opening up their facilities to us!
