You're not, there are core positions that have to be in place for you to actually be in this business world, of course it starts with the music, but when the music is created then what?

Unless you have a well equipped staff, you can't honestly think that you'll be successful in the music business wearing one hat. If you think just being an artist, or producer, or engineer is enough to elevate the team, then you're in the wrong profession my friend.
