Today we had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful man, Mr. Price, who was the projectionist at the theater and other theaters around town for many years. Such a wealth of knowledge. In the next few months we will begin preparing for a documentary and if you have a Fine Arts story to tell, please let us know. :)

We have an opportunity tomorrow for a few old Denton folks to be interviewed about their experiences with the Fine Arts Theater. I will have much more of this available in the future for a larger documentary we are doing, but if you are interested in being interviewed tomorrow please send me a message.

This morning we had a grant reviewed by the Denton Main Street Association. The Main Street Board recommended us for a $25,000 grant. :) we are very happy and humbled. A special thank you to Julie Glover, who has been a tremendous help to us and helped us guide our project in the right direction. This is a huge first step!
