Embracing spring and April’s coming full moon, the Pink Moon, we’ll be leaning into a sense of rebirth and renewal. We’ll use mindfulness and expression as tools to navigate our relationship with these themes and dig even deeper into our sense of self. I’m really excited to share all of the goodness the Pink Moon brings and I hope you’ll join me on Sunday for the first workshop for the month!

Hello everyone 🥰

✨I’ve emerged from my cocoon a fresh & shiny new being 😌✨

Last week’s silent meditation retreat was a melting pot of experiences ranging from complete bliss, to a deep profound sense of sadness and frustration, to radiating like the sun. The week was filled with so many tiny magical moments of wonder and amazement. Leaving the week, I feel better connected with presence and awareness, and most especially at one with my Self. It’s challenging to find all the words to describe it in just one tiny post, so I’m definitely looking forward to taking the time to share all of the wisdom I gained as well as the experiences I had with you all 💕

This week will be the deepest form of mindfulness, grounding, and centering I’ve done so far 😌 I’ll be holding space for silence and whatever else exists within each moment through a silent meditation retreat. I’m very excited to let introspection and the universe’s wisdom guide me through the week & to see what lessons lie within each moment. I already can’t wait to share with you all that I learn ☺️✨

Hey y’all!!! 🥰

I’ve got some great news!!! If you’ve been curious about what I do, this Sunday is a great opportunity to find out! This Sunday’s workshop we will be focusing on self nourishment and giving back to ourselves. All you need is a piece of paper, a pencil & eraser, and something with color (paint, crayons, colored pencils, markers, etc.). I’ll be offering the workshop at two seperate times: 10:30-12 (brunch) & 4-5:30 (evening). Also I’ll be offering these workshops twice a month on the 2nd & last Sunday’s of every month.

Happy y’all!

I know Monday’s aren’t typically most people’s favorite day of the week. And truth be told, sometimes I really I feel that 😅 but I’ll tell you what I do love about Monday’s, I love that they are the beginning of a new week, a new day, a new moment, an opportunity to refine or adjust our intentions, an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves.

So this morning I want to invite you to check in with yourself ☺️ take a few moments to be present with yourself, with your breath, your body. What do you notice? What is it that your need? Truly listen and honor what they say 💕 promise you won’t regret it ☺️🙌

With all this snow and lack of power, stillness has been easily found. Although this week has not been optimal in many ways, somehow life has provided many moments of reflection, peace, calm, and of course self care. ⠀

Hey y’all! Welcome to another 😌

I wanted to take a little time for us to be present with ourselves 💕 with everything going on right now, life can be pretty overwhelming. When times are especially tough, I’ve found that taking the time to be present for myself emotionally, physically, and mentally has been an extremely comforting, reassuring, and healing practice. Intentionally being present with myself has allowed me to deeply connect with my body, my mind, my nervous system, and higher sense of self. It’s also been a very healing practice for my inner child. Sometimes we can’t control how life happens around us, lots of times things are completely out of our control. But when we show up with the intention of being present with ourselves, something completely magical happens.

I hope that everyone is doing okay 🥺 please reach out if you are in need help in any way! My heart goes out to all that are without electricity, water, food, shelter, to those going through this alone or suffering in any way right now. Sending y’all all of my love and a bunch of big ole hug! 💕✨

Hope y’all are staying warm out there 🥶 we’re having a crazy random snow storm over here at the moment, and it looks like a winter wonderland outside 🥰

I’ve been taking some time to really practice mindfulness, to be fully present and soak up the beauty in Mother Nature. (Fun fact: this is my first real snow experience 😋) My favorite mindful activities so far include watching the snow fall, see the patterns the wind causes the flurries to have, listening to the snow cronch under my boots, and playing with Miss Venus in the snow 😋❄️

Happy 🙌✨

With these artworks I really love the nature of pause they provide. The process has given me so much clarity and a safe space to intentionally reflect and process. Which altogether can be such a healing experience. This work can be so vulnerable, especially sharing it with the world lol so I want to thank you all for being in this space with me, in these tender vulnerable moments.
