We will be at Troy Fest on June 27th with the Montgomery County NC Beekeepers Association . We are bringing candles, lip balm, and possibly honey to sell. The larger candles are much prettier in person. We hope to see you there!

Turkey poults graduated to a bigger brooder. Now I have an empty brooder! These guys have 3 more weeks before they go outside.

Im not sure what I want to do with my chicks. We will see what tomorrow brings. Time to get cleaned up!

Now they are in their new cage. One Narragansett and one black Spanish. The rest arent old enough to go out yet.

Today we'll be playing multiple rounds of musical chairs. Baby ducks need to move to the big duck coop.(hoping they all get along) 2 turkeys are off heat and need to go outside. Orpingtons need to move to their adult coop. 18 baby chicks and 14 turkeys are outgrowing their brooders but still need heat. Lots of straw and pine shavings today. I hope I get it all done!
