WE'RE HIRING – MASTER CARPENTER
Before the lights come up... before the actors take the stage... before the audience applauds... someone has to build the world they'll step into.
At Eventide Theatre Company, every doorway, staircase, living room, city street, and magical setting begins with a vision—and a skilled craftsperson who knows how to turn lumber, paint, and imagination into something extraordinary.
We're looking for a Master Carpenter to help bring our stories to life during our September through Early June season.
This isn't just about building scenery. It's about creating the places where unforgettable moments happen.
You'll work alongside directors, scenic designers, production staff, and dedicated volunteers to:
- Build, install, and strike scenic sets for our three mainstage productions.
- Lead volunteer build days and inspire others to create something special.
- Transform sketches and ideas into beautiful, functional scenery.
- Keep our productions safe, organized, and running smoothly from the first piece of lumber to the final curtain call.
Whether you've built theatre scenery before or have a strong background in carpentry and construction, we'd love to hear from someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and being part of a creative team.
