Our vintage RCA BK-11 ribbon mic is one we reach for on just about every session. Vocals, drums, piano, and plenty more. It sounds incredible on just about anything we put in front of it.

When you’re here, there’s a good chance we’re pulling it out.

We’ve got a talented list of songwriters showing up tonight with three hours to write and record a full-song at Split Window Studios with an incredible studio band lineup tonight!

Thank you to everyone who applied for our August Split Window Studios Songwriter Session!

We continue to be blown away by the incredible talent across Texoma and beyond. Our six participating songwriters have officially been selected and confirmed!

On Monday, these artists will join our studio band to write, arrange, and professionally record a brand new original song... all in just three hours.

We'll be introducing this month's writers, sharing behind-the-scenes moments, and taking you inside the creative process throughout the week, so stay tuned!

If you weren't selected this time, don't worry. Applications for our next Songwriter Session will open soon, and we'd love to see you apply again. (You must reapply each month)
