Artist Jimmy Hackney will guide the group in the basics of mail art... This class is a fun, informal way to create art from all types of 2-D materials that can be sent via mail to other artists in the US and abroad, as well as enter specific Mail Art Shows. No experience necessary for this course!

Creative opportunity for older kids... Art classes for students grade 6-12 start enrolling now. Come make art with us at The ArtHouse!

This 3-week session introduces students to hand drawn animation. The course discusses the history of animation, introduces sequencing and movement, and the animation process. Students will then apply these concepts to their own flipbook animation project.

Have creative kiddos? We are excited to announce our new series of youth art classes at The ArtHouse!

In our first 3-week session, we are offering a creative, hands-on project that lets young artists use their imagination to create a one-of-a-kind pet... Students will learn basic sculpting techniques, how to mix their own paper mache paste, and how to transform recycled materials into fun, quirky works of art.

2026 has been a whirlwind—and we're just getting started! 🎉✨

Here's what we've accomplished so far:
🏡 Secured 500 W. Woodard as the permanent home for the arts
✂️ Celebrated our official ribbon cutting
🌟 Hosted a special VIP Night
🎨 Gave the gallery a fresh new look
🖼️ Installed our very first art show
🎉 Opened our doors with our Grand Opening celebration

Our new space is already buzzing with creativity. We're bringing together talented instructors, organizing supplies, and getting ready to welcome artists, learners, and supporters of all ages.

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged, volunteered, donated, and believed in this vision. Your support is helping us build something truly special for our community.
