What is the best play or theatrical performance you have experienced?

Our group of fearless artists have banded together to work on a larger project- a zine!

What is a zine? It is a small circulation publication of original text and images. Sort like a renegade magazine….

This project gives our participants a chance to work collaboratively to create a unique work. We can't wait to see where it goes! Drop in to any of our sequential arts classes on Saturdays 1-3 pm to check out the progress and view the artists at work. Once complete, you can swing by the gallery to read the complete version.

New week- new curriculum!

Calling all creatives! The Denison Arts Council is hosting the HeART of Denison community mosaic project, and we want YOU to participate. We know that "art" isn't just painting and drawing-- that's why we encourage you to use the canvas in your own way. Collage, fiber art, music, printing, writing-- all art forms are welcome! Simply create an art piece representing your role in your local or personal community. If you create an artwork, your piece will be:

- Added to the community mosaic
- Kept in our permanent collection for all to enjoy
- Shown at the opening of the Denison Art Hub, our new gallery and creative space!

All family-friendly entries will be accepted, and visual art skills & expertise aren't required. Art is for everyone! We hope you will participate in the HeART of Denison community mosaic project this summer.
