Shawnda Rains has toured as a professional entertainer for over 35 years and owns Shawnda Rains Studios and SREG in Denison, Texas. She is a highly respected and sought after vocal coach, artist development expert, show producer, and entertainer. She has been working with singers, songwriters, pageant contestants, models, musicians, and actors for over 25 years. Shawnda has successf

ully developed, mentored, promoted, and coached artists who have gone on to successful careers in Nashville, Branson, Los Angeles, and as finalists on hit shows. She thrives on discovering and developing new artists and pioneered “Small Town Big Talent” a program that goes into small cities searching for undiscovered talent. SREG produces the Red River Opry and numerous other concerts and events. Shawnda works with artists in most genres of commercial styles, but her talents as a vocal stylist specializes in Country, Christian, Musical Theatre, Rock, and Pop. She works to transform the artists’ voice and career by teaching vocal techniques to develop their signature sound, demonstrating how to sing with power and style, giving them the tools to build their brand, and the strategy to propel their career. After a successful audition on Monday night, we now have our new teams for the remainder of the year as well as our 2027 tour!

StageStars Elite 🎙️
An intermediate performance troupe for performers ready to take their skills to the next level through choreography, group and individual vocals, and stage presence. Performing primarily at local and studio events, this group serves as the entry point to our performance troupe pathway and offers these performers more opportunities to help them grow as entertainers.

StageStruck Jr. Elite 🎙️
The junior version of StageStruck, bringing together younger advanced performers for high-energy productions that combine choreography, group and individual vocals, harmonies, and strong stage presence. These talented performers are part of our traveling performance experience, performing throughout the year and joining StageStruck on tour.

StageStruck 🎙️
Our premier high-energy performance troupe, made up of exceptionally talented and dedicated performers who combine choreography, group productions, harmonies, individual vocals, and powerful stage presence. With many routines in rotation and performances both locally and on tour, StageStruck represents the highest level of commitment and performance within our studio.

Like most, Dolly was an inspiration to us and our studio.

While we will miss her here on earth, we are confident that she is up in heaven celebrating and hearing a ‘well done’ from Jesus.

As for our studio, our students, and our staff… we will continue to ask ourselves “what would Dolly do?”

And, of course, keep her memory alive in the best way we know how… by singing her songs, often and loudly, for years to come.🦋
