kinda chic to grow up spending summers with your nana learning how to sew 🥰

here is an outfit my nana (mostly) and i made for my american girl doll when we spent the summers together. we would go to joann’s and sit at the tables and she’d let me choose the patterns, fabric and trim and then we would head back to her house and she would teach me how to measure, cut, pin, and sew. i am SO grateful for the times we had together and i just know julia kay is looking down alongside with her mother, flora mae and smiling down on me.

just know when you support my small business that everything is handmade with love. it isn’t machine made or wholesale supplied. it’s just a girl at her sewing machine putting love and care into each creation with the hope you can cherish these pieces for years to come 🤍
