❤️ A Little Life Update ❤️

The kid finally had her gallbladder surgery the other day, and thankfully she is recovering really well! She’s definitely bouncing back a whole lot faster than I did after mine. 😂

She has always joked that one day she was going to end up with some grippy socks… well, her dream finally came true—just not quite the way she imagined. 😜😂

She’ll be sore for a little while, but hopefully she’ll be back to her normal, crazy self in just a few weeks.

I also want to say THANK YOU again to everyone who participated in the raffle, shared our posts, bought tickets, or supported us in any way. We truly would not have been able to do this without you guys. 🖤

We appreciate every single one of you more than you know! ❤️

🚨 PSA: NOT PAYING FOR YOUR TATTOO IS THEFT OF SERVICES. 🚨

Getting tattooed and then leaving the shop without paying isn’t just disrespectful—it can be theft of services.

Tattoo artists typically pay a percentage of what they make to the studio. So when someone walks out without paying, they aren’t only hurting the shop—they’re taking money directly out of the artist’s pocket too.

Most tattoo shops these days have a $100 minimum, so it doesn’t take a large tattoo for the amount to become significant.

And here’s something else to remember: tattoo shops are required to collect a copy of your ID before tattooing you. Walking out doesn’t mean we suddenly don’t know who you are. 🤦‍♀️

A tattoo is a service just like any other service. You agreed to the work, you received the work, and you are expected to pay for it.

Is saving yourself $120 really worth potentially dealing with the police, a warrant, court costs, and possible jail time?

Pay your artist. Don’t steal from the people who just spent their time, supplies, and talent permanently putting artwork on your body. 🖤

✨ A Little Life Update ✨

I was finally able to take a much-needed mini vacation for mine and my husband’s 20th anniversary! ❤️ We had an absolute blast getting away for a few days and enjoying Broken Bow and Beavers Bend.

We went kayaking and somehow found the world’s smallest “island”… which was basically underwater. 😂 We saw SO many deer at Beavers Bend State Park, including the sweetest little babies. 🦌 We also went tubing and had a blast just floating along and people-watching.

Apparently, my tattoos are also dragonfly approved because they would NOT stop landing on me. 😂 I even survived a little patch of rapids where I almost got taken out by a tree a few times, so I’m calling the trip a success. 🤣

It was exactly the little break I needed before getting back to tattooing! 🖤

If you’ve never been to Broken Bow, I definitely recommend giving it a try. It’s surprisingly affordable and makes such a fun little weekend getaway!

Now, back to reality and making some tattoos! 🖤🦇
