This was requested by my mother's banker. Her parents are muslim and they have a short prayer they say before and after they eat. Her mother says "Start with Bismillah" and "End with Alhamdullilah". She is giving it to her mother for her birthday and to be placed above her mother's kitchen door. BTW, I love the idea of a blessing after eating!
