Getting the contract signed is the exciting part.

Then comes everything that has to happen before everyone gets to the closing table.

Depending on the transaction, there may be an escrow deposit to confirm, inspections, an appraisal, financing milestones, title items, documents and disclosures, compliance requirements, a final walk through, and closing preparations.

And those items are not all happening at the same time.

That is where an experienced transaction coordinator becomes valuable.

I help organize the file, track what needs attention, follow up with the appropriate parties, and keep my agents informed throughout the transaction.

If you are spending too much of your day managing what happens after you get the contract signed, call me at 407.818.8501.

Let’s talk about what I can take off your plate.

Once you have multiple transactions going, critical dates become much easier to miss.

That is why one of the first things I do when I receive a new contract is identify the deadlines and get them into my system. You should not have to keep every date in your head while you are trying to run your business.

Want help managing your transactions from contract to close? Call me at 407.818.8501 and let’s talk about how I can support your business.

Following up with leads. Preparing for listing appointments. Meeting with clients. Prospecting. Negotiating. Building relationships.

Those are the activities that grow your real estate business.

The administrative side of a transaction still needs to be handled well, but that does not mean you have to personally handle every detail.

That is where transaction coordination creates leverage.

I manage the administrative side of your transactions from contract to close so you can stay informed without spending your day managing the file yourself.

The question is not whether you can manage your own transactions.

The better question is whether that is still the best use of your time.

If you are ready to spend more time creating your next closing instead of managing your current one, DM me “TC” and let’s connect.

Before sending a new contract to title, take a few minutes to make sure the contract package is complete.

Here are 3 things I check:

1. Fully executed contract
Confirm all required parties have signed and initialed where required.

2. All applicable addenda are included
Make sure any addenda that are part of the agreement are included with the contract package. You don’t want title working from an incomplete contract.

3. Names and property information are correct
Double check the buyer and seller names, property address, and other important information before sending everything over.

These are simple checks, but catching an issue at the beginning is much easier than correcting it later.

This is also part of what I handle when coordinating transactions for my agents.

A smooth closing rarely happens because there was nothing to manage.

Behind the scenes, there are deadlines to track, documents to organize, signatures to follow up on, title and lender updates to monitor, client questions to address, compliance items to complete, and dozens of smaller details that need attention along the way.

For a busy Realtor, handling all of that personally can quickly become another full time job.

That is where experienced transaction coordination adds value.

I help manage the administrative side of your transactions from contract to close while keeping you informed of what actually needs your attention.

The goal is simple: organized transactions, proactive follow up, better support for your clients, and more time for you to focus on appointments, negotiations, lead generation, and growing your business.

You do not have to build a bigger business by doing everything yourself.

Ready for support behind your next closing? DM me “TC” and let’s talk.

You didn’t become a Realtor to chase paperwork.

Your value is in your expertise, your relationships, your negotiations, and your ability to generate new business.

Not spending your day checking whether documents were signed, following up on outstanding items, tracking deadlines, organizing files, and coordinating all the administrative details that come with getting a transaction to the closing table.

That’s where I come in.

I work behind the scenes to help keep your transactions organized and moving from contract to close, so you can stay focused on your clients and your next opportunity.

You sell real estate. I help keep the transaction moving.

Ready to spend less time managing transactions and more time growing your business?

DM me “TC” and let’s talk about how I can support your business.

Getting a contract signed is a major milestone for your client.

But from the client’s perspective, it can also be the moment when the questions really begin.

What happens now?

When is the deposit due?

When should I expect to hear about the inspection, appraisal or closing?

Is there anything I need to complete?

Who will contact me next?

A strong client experience means your buyer or seller isn’t constantly trying to figure out where they are in the process.

That doesn’t mean overwhelming them with every administrative detail.

It means providing clear communication, setting expectations and making sure they understand the next important step when it affects them.

This is one area where good transaction coordination can support more than the file itself.

While the Realtor remains the primary relationship and handles the responsibilities that require their expertise, a Transaction Coordinator can help keep the administrative process moving and communication organized behind the scenes.

The result is a transaction that feels more intentional for the client and requires fewer moments where the agent has to stop what they are doing to figure out what comes next.

Your clients may not see everything happening behind the scenes, but they absolutely experience the result of it.

That client experience reflects on your business.

If you want transaction support that helps you deliver a professional experience from contract through closing, let’s connect.

There’s a common point in a Realtor’s growth where things start to change.

You’re getting more referrals. More clients are going under contract. Your pipeline is growing.

That’s exactly what you worked for.

But suddenly, more business also means more deadlines to track, more documents to manage, more follow ups, more emails and more details competing for your attention.

The mistake is waiting until you’re completely overwhelmed before deciding you need support.

You don’t have to be closing 20 transactions a month to benefit from a Transaction Coordinator.

Sometimes the best time to delegate is when your business is starting to grow, so you have the capacity to keep growing.

A good support system allows you to spend more of your time doing what actually builds your real estate business: serving your clients, prospecting, following up with leads, negotiating and getting the next property under contract.

If you’re reaching the point where you know you could use another set of hands behind the scenes, I’d love to talk about how I can support your business.

DM me “SUPPORT” for information about my Transaction Coordination services.

A signed contract doesn’t run itself.

Getting the signatures is only the beginning.

From that point forward, one transaction can involve the buyer, seller, agents, lender, title company, inspector, appraiser, HOA or condo association and sometimes additional vendors.

Each party has their own responsibilities.

Each one may be waiting on information from someone else.

And one delayed item can affect what happens next.

That is why good transaction coordination is more than entering dates into a calendar.

It is understanding how the pieces of a transaction connect.

Did title receive what they need?

Has the lender been updated?

Are documents and signatures complete?

Is something outstanding that could become a problem later?

Is an upcoming deadline dependent on another party completing something first?

Does the agent know what actually needs their attention?

An experienced Transaction Coordinator helps keep those moving pieces organized and visible from contract through closing.

The goal is not simply to complete a checklist.

The goal is to keep the transaction moving forward without important details getting lost between all the people involved.

That is the level of support we provide to every agent we work with.

If you want an experienced transaction partner behind your files, send me a DM with “TC” and let’s talk about your business.

Being capable of managing your own transactions doesn’t necessarily mean you should be spending your time doing it.

For a growing Realtor, one of the most important questions becomes:

What actually requires me?

Your relationships require you.
Your negotiations require you.
Your appointments require you.
Your prospects and clients need your expertise.

A lot of the administrative work happening between contract and closing can be systematized and coordinated by someone else.

That distinction matters as your volume grows.

The purpose of a Transaction Coordinator isn’t simply to take paperwork off your plate. The right TC helps create operational leverage by keeping deadlines, documents, follow ups, communication, and closing details organized while you remain focused on the activities only you can perform as the agent.

You could manage all of it yourself.

But if you’re trying to grow, your time may be worth more somewhere else.

If your transaction volume is increasing and the administrative side of the business is starting to consume too much of your week, let’s talk about what transaction support could look like for your business.
