📢 A Little Business Update! 📢
To help protect my small business and ensure I can continue creating custom orders for all of you, I’m making a small change to my ordering policy.
✨ Starting now, all custom orders will require a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining balance will be due when your order is completed and ready for pickup/shipping.
Because custom items are made specifically for each customer, materials are purchased and time is invested before the order is finished. Unfortunately, when an order is canceled or not picked up, those costs can be difficult for a small business to absorb along with figuring out what to do with the unsold item.
💗 Please know this policy isn’t directed at anyone personally. It’s simply a step I need to take to protect my time, materials, and small business.
