We have a lot going on this Saturday! For middle and high school students we have the National Poetry Month Youth Summit where we will be giving a $1000 and $250 college scholarship along with some other great prizes. This event is completely free just click on the link below.

In ALL my years on social media I have NEVER asked for donations not even for a charity on my birthday. But this year is different I am asking you to donate money to my extraordinary daughter! Not only is she graduating college on my actual birthday TODAY but at 24 years old she is closing on her first house 17 days from today as well‼️‼️‼️ I can’t explain how extremely proud I am of her ❤️ So I want to show her as much love as possible. We all know with the economy and housing market in Florida the amount of money needed is insane. Between the down payment, closing costs, turning on utilizes, furniture, and moving expenses. So anything will help, no amount is too small. $5, $10, what ever is on your heart. So even though it’s my birthday I want her to feel special. Thank y’all ❤️❤️❤️ And Congratulations Ashton ‼️‼️‼️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I am SO PROUD OF YOU ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

This is me on the biggest show of my career. Old Dez was full of ego and would have NEVER taken a picture in my hoody and sneakers . I would have been dressed impractical with shoes that would have made it impossible to walk by the end of the night. I would have made sure I was on center stage nonverbally saying “Look at me! Look at me!” Instead I was bts managing the show to make sure things ran efficiently . For this type of growth I am grateful! I still have many flaws and will always be a work in progress. But I will forever push myself to be a better human. And because of this I am loving who I am becoming mentally, spiritually, and professionally.
