Here are some of my favorites that came out of a live painting I did at a craft show!!😊🎨

Last weekend, I was happy to paint live at my first ever craft show in Mount Gilead, Ohio!
I was definitely nervous to paint live, and was challenged with things like pricing, painting things I wasn’t sure I could paint well, and painting quickly before people left so that they could pick up their paintings before leaving the show. And while I was nervous, it turned out to be a huge success!!
I definitely hope to participate in more craft shows in the future!

My first attempts at relief printmaking!!! I will add that I like this process a lot more than silk screen printing. It is more forgiving and feels more traditional. I can’t wait to use this technique in a classroom someday!!!😊🎨
•The first picture was actually my second plate, and I’ve named it “Willow”. It took me about a half hour to come up with the idea and sketch and another half hour to carve. It’s my favorite one so far.
•The second one I posted I am not all that fond of, but it was my first ever attempt at relief printing and I like the design, just not the ex*****on. All a work in progress!!!

It’s been a while since I’ve designed a tattoo, but this was one of my personal favorites to draw🦋🌸💐

•the big butterfly in the middle is an existing tattoo that the customer already had, and she asked me to add to the design to move up the shoulder and down her arm. Here’s the result!!
