⭐️ Pound fitness is a high-energy, rhythm-based workout that combines cardio, Pilates, and strength training using lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix. It is excellent because it seamlessly blends a heavy-calorie burn with stress relief, turning participants into active “rock stars” rather than just gym-goers 🤸

If you struggle to drop it low ⬇️😬 try adding some support — place something under your heels. That garden pad you use for kneeling? Try it under your heels for your squat!

Vary your position while you’re in the garden, but don’t forget to think about your form as you’re pulling those weeds this summer! 🧤🌾🧘‍♀️

The outer aisles of most grocery stores are where you’ll usually find the foods that fuel your body best — fresh produce 🥬, lean proteins 🍗, eggs 🥚, dairy 🥛, and other whole-food staples. These foods are often less processed and more nutrient-dense.

That doesn’t mean every middle aisle food is “bad” (hello oats, rice, beans, and spices 👏), but if you’re trying to build healthier habits, starting with the perimeter can make grocery shopping feel a whole lot simpler.
