Calling all Wild Hearts, Adventure Seekers, and Aerialists! Join us in Portugal next June.
We have two unique retreats to choose from:
✨ Together in Flight | June 13–20
Our intergenerational retreat gives you the opportunity to experience aerial and adventure together. Come as a family, mentor + mentee, mother + daughter, siblings, or whatever your dynamic duo looks like. Youth and adults will train, explore, and make memories together in the beautiful Algarve.
✨ Artistry in Flight | June 20–27
Our adults-only retreat is designed for aerialists looking to expand their musicality and movement quality. Expect fun and creative sequences, choreography, technique exploration, and plenty of time to play in the air.
Both retreats are 7-day adventures at the stunning House of Honey in the Algarve region of Portugal. Think high-quality catered meals, open-air aerial training, pool + jacuzzi time, coastal excursions, and plenty of opportunities to explore.
Two weeks. Two unique experiences. One incredible place.
Which adventure are you choosing?

A little throwback reel from our 2025 retreat at in beautiful Lagos, Portugal. 🇵🇹✨
I am absolutely THRILLED to announce that we’re heading back to Portugal in June 2027 for two incredible weeks of aerial, adventure, sunshine, and community.
☀️ Week 1 (June 13–20): Together in Flight is our Intergenerational Retreat—designed for your favorite big + little duo. Think moms & daughters, aunts/uncles & nieces/nephews, mentors & mentees, grandparents & grandkids…any aerialist pair looking to share an unforgettable week together.
✨ Week 2 (June 20–27): Artistry in Flight is our Adults-Only Retreat for aerialists ready to dive deeper into their practice. We’ll spend the week immersed in musicality, choreography, sequencing, technique refinement, and artistry—all while soaking up everything Portugal has to offer.
Both weeks include daily aerial workshops, catered meals, beautiful accommodations, a professional photoshoot, adventures along the Algarve coastline, and plenty of time to relax by the pool between training sessions.
These retreats have been on my heart since we left Portugal in 2025. I cannot wait to return to this magical place and share the experience with both familiar and new faces. It is going to be so, so special.
✨ Applications are officially OPEN! Follow the link in my below for all of the retreat details. I hope you’ll join us for an unforgettable week in Portugal!

Inside Out & Upside Down brings to life the emotions that shape us—joy, fear, anger, disgust, and sadness—through aerial dance, movement, and music.

The show begins with Joy filling the stage with laughter and energy, but Fear soon follows with uncertainty and doubt. As emotions grow stronger, Anger demands to be heard, Disgust hides insecurity behind perfection, and Sadness quietly changes everything.

Through powerful performances and storytelling, our students will take you on an emotional journey that reminds us every feeling matters—and that embracing them all is what makes us whole.

Join us for an unforgettable evening of aerial arts, music, and emotion!
