DeLand Outdoor Art festival artists, local artists, painters, sculptors, jewelry, mixed media, paintings will be exhibiting It is still the oldest art festival in the history of DeLand.

The DeLand Outdoor Art Festival is in it's 49th year, wow how time flies. Founded in 1965 by Joe Elliott and Virginia Clausen, the festival was then held on the sidewalks of beautiful down town DeLand. Now the art festival is located at Earl Brown Park 750 S. Alabama Ave. Virginia Clausen's son Tom and wife Patty along with Sonny & Martie Cox (Sonny just passed on June 28th) & Jeannie Harvie took over running the festival when the ladies (virginia Clausen, Flo Perro, Pat Moyer & Anna Pascoe ) retires in 2000. We are always making changes to the festival to improve our festival. In 2012 we started judging our juried artists by the Atlanta/Maitland scoring system which everyone seems to like.
