Hi comedy fans!
Our first show of Lake Country Comedy SEASON 5 will be on Saturday, October 11, at Revere's Wells Street Tavern! We are very excited to be back at Revere's. The shows there have been nothing short of amazing, with a packed house each time!
We have such a great season planned, and we're presenting two incredible Chicago headliners in one show to start it!
Patti Vasquez is one of our favorites, and she is back in Lake Country for the third time! She has been a crowd favorite each time she has joined us at the Legion, and we know she is going to bring some huge laughs to Revere's. Her comedy is relatable and super funny, which has her in high demand. Patti has an impressive resume, with a recurring role on NBC's Chicago Fire, and appearances on HBO and TBS. She's also a morning radio talk show host in Chicago, and on top of all that she's one of the top stand-up comics in Chicago!
Paul Farahvar will be making his Lake Country Comedy debut! We've had him booked a couple times, and both times things fell through. We're so glad to finally welcome him! Paul delights audiences with his unique, quick witted dry humor, centered on being an aging bachelor and former litigator. Paul performs all over the country. He was runner-up in the Chicago Reader for Best Stand-up Comedian in 2021. He has appeared on Chicago Med, has a DryBar special, and has been a host on WGN radio. He's a busy, funny guy!
As usual, you are going to see the delightfully belligerent Matt Burger, and the host with the most ex-wives, Gerry Grothues.
This is going to be a fantastic show to kick off the new season! We will have more shows to announce soon, so check back often...
