Hi! My name is Alyssa Pharr. I am 11 years old, and I am in the sixth grade.

I have loved being in plays for as long as I can remember. I love getting to sing and dance on the stage. I also enjoy getting to meet new people and make new friends in the plays. I have been in a few plays locally in different roles. I started in smaller parts like an orphan in the play Annie and a bird girl in Suessical. I am moving to more challenging roles like Lavender in the Matilda play. Now, I get to play the Tinman in the Wizard of Oz.

I enjoy playing soccer, listening to music, and being a part of the Junior Elite Dance Team with Miss Annie’s Straight Up Dance Studio.

I really want to become an actress someday. I know that the plays I am in now and attending Miss Annie’s Dance classes and Musical Theater classes will help me achieve that goal when I am older.

I'm so excited to be in The Wizard of Oz playing parts of munchkin, Ozian and a crow.

I love the theater because of how your entire imagination can become a reality, and it is really fun! I was Matilda this summer and was also in Susical the Musical.

My hobbies are drawing, singing, playing outside, video games, and relaxing.
When I grow up I want to be an actress and artist.
