Under the auspices of the Community Health Improvement Coalition (CHIC), we will work to create programs and environments that remove barriers for people with disability and improve the overall quality of life for people of all abilities through inclusion and education. Projects
Universally Accessible/Inclusive Playground at Del Rio’s Sports Complex - Field of Dreams

Shane's Inspiration traveled to Del Rio and a site for the playground was selected by the City of Del Rio. Community members met with Shane's Inspiration design team to talk about what they wanted in the design for the playground. Additionally the space will allow adults with mobility impairments to play alongside their children and grandchildren. Nicky’s Dreamland will be a fully inclusive area 100% accessible by everyone… just like Nicky would have loved! �

The design is complete and now we must build this for our community!
