Let’s get down to Business 🎶 Mastery! This Tony Robbins training was my last to graduate Ultimate Mastery & you know what was my favorite part of this event? Being a Force for Good as a record $9 MILLION was raised in 32 minutes!! 🎉

That’s 18,055 children who will be saved from human trafficking!! 🙏 Such a blessing to see Tony himself well up with powerful emotions at this breathrough in giving with 2,500 entrepreneurs from 66 countries!

To embody & immerse myself at every event, I’ve risen as a different Phoenix. This time a Lion one aka Griffin.
Day 1: fire walking pants 🔥🔥🔥
❤️‍🔥 2: Fire red business jacket with platinum flames over my heart as a nod to my business name as all our businesses transformed in flames.

Coincidentally that day the high level Platinum member surprised me by asking me to join the team with their Plat friends present.

Day 3: I laughed inside as I put on the necklace that I made “Platinum Rise” out of the ashes as I manifested a real one! Blown away that our Gladiator group championed an incredible charity for Homeless Youth!

Days 4-6: I charged up the dress I wore in the Salt cave Lionsgate 8/8 before our powerful event began on a new moon, with the gate closing, during a solar eclipse. Yet it was opening to something magical just as I left the after parties to my car and synchronistically was walking through the doorway where there was a giant 🦁 head backpack on the way!

It was like the fireworks grand finale from the Universe this was meant to be, especially touched when he held up the little charm I gave him. I was handing out “platinum” & gold Lions as gifts all week! Talk about a Roaring Good Time!

Who knew Life Mastery could be as simple as untucking your sheets? One of the Tony Robbins speakers shared about keeping your feet from pointing. It makes me wonder if Mastering life is in these micro-shifts.

Plus taste the Rainbow 🌈 😉 in a Whole Foods healthy way…. You don’t have to get the 30 varieties you hear about just adding to the variety that you eat. Like adding organic papaya now or a green drink in to make up for what I need in life. Yet the life mastery Phoenix being rainbow colored didn’t come from this, it came from my intuition of it feeling right & later, I realized when I was born, my oldest cousin had given me a nickname & said I was as beautiful as a rainbow.

You are as beautiful as a rainbow when you’re clear too. There’s talk about the color of our chakras being a rainbow. 🌈. It’s been said a rainbow requires both the storm & the sun to exist. My last post about a breakthrough with grief was a breakthrough with Life. Some of our food ties are deeply emotional we are rising up through like a Phoenix! Sometimes it doesn’t feel fun in the moment, it feels good in the long-term. Becoming almost natural and in the training, “Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels!”

So whether you look into the latest devices that help regulate your vagus nerve, to putting a pillow between your shoulders & your legs while you side sleep. Experience the deep power of proper squatting or literally p*e your way to health. You might tie positive programming to daily habits. While brushing my teeth. I know I will be singing their: 🎵 “Every little cell in my body is happy, every little cell in my body is happy & well!” Simultaneously I will lift onto my toes to pump my lymphatic system, flushing out toxins and skyrocketing my energy. (I already knew Lymph work =👍)

What’s a tip that’s changed your life for the butter err I mean better? Even though they recommend staying away from dairy... I’m filled with ghee now! 🧈😉 My Coffee will rotate days off to tea, to cacao! We can see in nature Life loves diversity making the world work. So why not in the World that is you. What’s also the next upgrade you’re adding in?

First a breakthrough memory from the past came up…
“You’re eating celery?!” 😮🤣😂
My Dad couldn’t believe it because I used to HATE celery.
I smiled as I ate it and said, “You know the work I do with other people? I did it on myself.”
He was absolutely shocked. 🤯

I was in a Zoom group sharing this and was crying. Such a different emotional state than the wonder this morning at 6am…

I see Unicorns?! 🦄

My Life Mastery Room was filled with the Team wearing virtual horns in the same colors of the baby Phoenix Feathers!

I didn’t know our team was now called the Unicorns and growing up I would combine my love of Unicorns and Pegasus with a Unicorn Pegasus & now I looked like one with the wings in the background! … once I figured out how to get that virtual hat on that is! 🦄🐦‍🔥✨

It’s inspiring me to share how I was Tasting some of my Childhood at this event & the present breakthrough I had with stress eating...

Zooming back in to crying on my own & feeling deeper. Stress eating was better than ever …yet increased when… my amazing dad died.
That was the key 🔑
He always made things better.
I realized I couldn’t unconsciously see a future.
My fantasy visioning (Day Dreaming) was locked away by grief & I reclaimed it.
I started having in depth positive visions!

I went to honor him through food using the ingredients from the cleanse. When my dad had his military FITREPS, he would do the cabbage soup diet as he would drop tons of weight. It didn’t work for me, though I made it my own sautéing cabbage, adding bone broth, and spices .. then pumpkin.

Shockingly, it tasted like the cabbage and dumplings he made when I was a child. A family tradition passed down. Now I can have it in a healthy way! Such a gift! 🎁

I love healing so much. You never quite know where it will take you and it’s all in a journey of you…

Maybe it’s time to separate out the ingredients and make something new. Where it could shock you back into a healed inner child and a new recipe for health … & life. 🌱✨

Is a Tony Robbins book in here? Not yet, and neither is mine… as I’m currently living it to write it right now with you! 🐦‍🔥📚✨

With the recent Life Mastery event breakthrough, I did something I’ve never even thought of before. After seeing this new bookstore open in the old, hobbit-like place I love in , I had to see it! I wandered around looking for Tony Robbins and couldn’t find him?!

So I went to inquire within. The lady there said it was a great idea to order his books! Then I said to myself, “This is the type of place I would love to have a book in.” A new thought whispered into my mind. A first on the new reality of completing an unwritten book: How do you do a book signing here? Oh my Goodness I loved that thought & took action on it like Tony teaches us to do.

The ladies surprised me by being excitedly ready to make it happen! Right in the middle of our conversation, there was this beautiful, chaotic moment of connection at the checkout counter. A mom and her little girl were standing right next to me, and I noticed a tear on the little girl’s cheek. While inquiring about the book signing, I paused to ask what was going on and offered her a charm to cheer her up. We were all connecting through the sweet confusion of being huddled at the counter, even though I was just asking questions!

They were so adorable and kind. I even inquired about bringing a group together here to meet at the Old World center for coffee and an inspiring book…. I wonder which one would be perfect after it arrives?

As I write this right now I should right this right now .. I meant Tony’s book, though my brain just did it again and thought to hold one again with my book as well 😉… even if my books would never compare.. having these new thoughts coming to mind is amazing me… it’s almost as if it’s being created as we “speak” 🥳

One of the best views you can’t see ..the storybook courtyard outside the children’s area window. It makes it seem like magic is possible, and I love that for kids growing up, don’t you?

Happy Moving Fourth, everyone! 🎆🐦‍🔥

Robert Frost once wrote, “Some say the world will end in fire, some say in ice.” Moving from the fire with creation to break the ice, like a Tony Robbins Life Mastery Ice Bath Challenge, we step out of our comfort zones and ignite our own Phoenix egg as a crystallized form of possibility.

What blew me away is walking into in my Semi-Spontaneous 4th of July and pulling a card from a random Deck that was a “Growth of Energy Egg” after posting the Life Mastery Zoom Phoenix Journey background on Facebook already!

This was after being at Hobbit looking bookstore I will post about! I loved celebrating 250 years with all of you! The feeling of the joy in everyone as I moved through the day was unmatched!

Since I am single, and haven’t met the right man aka my match yet, I sparked up heading to fireworks alone. I drove in the sunset, thinking that might be early enough to get there in time & was iced out… parking was full. With “Life is happening for me, not to me”. I went to circle around in a cul-de-sac.

I saw a couple walking by, with my mind & my window open, I asked them where could I see the fireworks best from on high here in the streets above. I’d already walked 10,000 steps and closest parking was unbelievably far away.

He said to follow me and I drove ahead to where he mentioned, and as I turned around and came back down, he even parked me on the street! Such kindness deserves charms and I pulled out the Fourth of July ones that I had bought to share in celebration. This is the American Spirit I grew up with!

On another random cul-de-sac with sparks in the air and inside my heart I ended up having a magical fireworks experience. It reminded me of being with family and friends huddled in anticipation. The big show came to a close and I rushed into my car to beat the traffic … instead drove in fireworks after fireworks going off all around me in a way I’ve never experienced before!

Let freedom ring or in this case explode…safely in the air with care! 250 years looks good on you America! Much Love & Apple Pie Kisses! 🥧 💋 🇺🇸

Graduated Tony Robbins Mastery University & excited to celebrate with you! 👩‍🎓💥

Out of the fire, the Phoenix rises. 🔥🐦‍🔥 Representing the energy of ultimate transformation~ burning away old limitations to step into a completely new version of yourself.

It has been an incredible deep dive training in human psychology, strategic intervention, and peak performance.

Plus I learned last week I’ve officially built a “Gucci tool belt” of elite strategies. 😉🔧

I didn’t just do this for my own growth. I am so excited to bring these tools back to my clients and help people break through their own blocks.

Here’s to rising higher, breaking limits, and creating a life we truly love! 🥂✨ To everyone who has cheered me on, sent beautiful messages, and celebrated this milestone with me, thank you from the my whole heart! Your energy means the world to me!

What if our cells remember parts of our story before we consciously do? 👑✨

Funny enough, mentioning Secret Knock recently reminded me I never shared this moment here. Sometimes it feels like certain parts of us have always been there…
quietly waiting for us to rise into them fully.

I have always felt like I should act nobly, for some reason, before my amazing dad told us we were in fact nobility and now I was made royalty? 😉

The day before, I told a woman sitting next to me I wasn’t royalty, as she put Tara royalty in her phone after we had instantly connected. She asked about my last name and for some reason, I told her my history of being Polish Nobility. We also have a Prophetess on that side & her prophecies are written in the book of Poland, a taster for the King (explains why I’m a foodie 😉 ), & a Bishop that was an advisor to the King.

So she smiled and said I’m still saving you as Tara Royalty.

I laughed — and right after the screen on stage referenced the person being interviewed as a different kind of royalty. 👀✨

Then her husband said he is also from nobility, saying he attracts “royal energy” all the time — and after getting to know me he wanted to invite me to an annual gathering I had never heard about! It is with some incredible royal & noble people!

Grateful… yet it made me reflect on something deeper.

Maybe lineage is more than titles or history.
Maybe we inherit energies, values, ways of carrying ourselves, or inner callings long before we understand where they came from.

Leadership.
Compassion.
Strength.
Creativity.
Courage.
Nobility.
Resilience.

Sometimes it feels like certain parts of us have always quietly been there…waiting to be recognized and fully embodied.
