You can’t out-diet the wrong division.

After reviewing her physique and comparing it to the division criteria, Bikini was actually the better fit.
That one conversation may have saved her months of wasted effort.
Unfortunately, this happens more often than most competitors realize.
Many competitors think they need:

❌ More conditioning
❌ More time dieting
When the real issue is division fit.
Sometimes the fastest way to improve your placings isn’t getting leaner.
It’s making sure you’re competing in the division that best matches your physique.
