If you have already bought tickets for Clue and wish to exchange them, so you can also support the VB team, we can help! There are some restrictions using Eventbrite, but we will try to help you navigate them. First, the person who originally purchased the tickets needs to initiate the refund request through the Eventbrite app/website (how you purchased the tickets). If you cannot complete the exchange completely by yourself, you may be directed to send a request to an email. Please be as specific as possible with your request: which date you wish to change to and approximate location and number of seats you are exchanging i.e. 2 of 6 seats need to be exchanged for the Sunday show in a similar location, close to stage, elevated section, etc. If you request a ticket change after noon on Friday, November 8, 2024 you may incur the additional $3.00 charge. You should receive an email confirmation of the exchange when it is completed. Again, this email will be only to the original email as given when the tickets were originally purchased.
If you request a refund only, please note that refunds will include the ticket price less the Ticketing Fees (which consist of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined).
Remember, the price for all tickets increases from $12.00 to $15.00 at noon on Friday, November 8, 2024!
