Each workshop we host will feature a guest non profit partner to share their organization's mission. 10% of all profits from the workshop will be donated to the featured non profit.
Our first workshop will feature the Defiance Society of Artists. If you are passionate about a non profit in the area, we would love to hear from you! DM us or send a message through our website.
Our featured speaker, Karina (Kay) Bates is a multidisciplinary artist, author, and the current President of the Defiance Society of Artists. Working across a variety of artistic mediums, she enjoys exploring creativity wherever inspiration leads and believes there is no single “right” way to create.
As President of the Defiance Society of Artists, Karina is helping lead the organization’s transformation into a community-focused nonprofit dedicated to supporting local artists, expanding access to the arts, and enriching the Defiance community through education, exhibitions, and outreach.
Beyond her artistic work, Karina is passionate about building connections through creativity, encouraging artists of all ages and skill levels, and fostering a welcoming environment where everyone has the opportunity to create, learn, and grow. She is honored to share the Society’s mission and invites others to become part of its continued impact.
