Official Update Regarding Glenn Conser

Many of you have reached out with kind words, prayers, and questions regarding our Track Manager, Glenn Conser, and we are incredibly grateful for the support.

With Glenn’s permission, we wanted to share a brief official update.

Glenn is currently recovering after contracting Sin Nombre Hantavirus, a hantavirus commonly found in Colorado and associated with local rodent exposure. He is receiving care, making progress, and continuing on the road to recovery.

Out of respect for Glenn and his family, we will not be sharing private medical details beyond what has been approved for release.

We know many in the High Plains Raceway community care deeply about Glenn, and your support has meant a tremendous amount. Thank you for the continued encouragement, patience, and understanding as he focuses on healing.

🚨 WEATHER UPDATE 🚨

Due to inclement weather and in the interest of rider safety, tomorrow’s Motorcycle Open Lapping Day has been canceled. 🏍️🌧️

We know this is a bummer, especially for everyone who was looking forward to getting some laps in, but safety will always come first. We’d much rather see everyone back out here on the next sunny bike day than risk it in bad conditions.

Thanks for understanding, and keep an eye on our schedule for the next opportunity to ride. 🏁

Since some people have been made aware, we wanted to make a post addressing some information about our track manager, Glenn Conser.

For those unaware Glenn is currently hospitalized but doing well and is on the road to recovery, getting better everyday.

We appreciate the influx of well wishes and prayers and are eternally grateful, but at this time we ask for privacy so that he, his family, and our staff are able to navigate this situation and focus on his healing.

Thank you all for your understanding and the well wishes.
