Spokane Face Painting and Ballooning We are a mother daughter team. I gace paint and my daughter does the balloons. We can be hired separately or together.

To day, since it is raining all day, we won't be at Pig Out. I will miss seeing all the kids. Sorry if you came to see us, but face paint and balloons don't do well in the rain. I wont take donations for something that would just melt off a kids face in the rain. We do plan to be back tomorrow, same spot, all day if the weather lets us. Thank God for the rain, the fire fighters need it.
