🚨 The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office is reminding residents and visitors to take extra precautions following several recent vehicle break-ins at canoe access landings near the Bluffton area.

🔒 Please remember to:
• Lock your vehicle every time you leave it.
• Remove valuables and personal belongings from your vehicle.
• Avoid leaving your vehicle parked overnight at canoe access areas when possible.
• Be aware of your surroundings and report anything suspicious.

If you see a person, vehicle, or activity that seems suspicious, please contact the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office. Your information could help prevent another break-in.

Please share this information with friends, family, and anyone who enjoys the canoe access areas in the area.

Community wide Pool Party next Tuesday, August 18th from 4pm-7pm! As we turn the page of Summer 2026, we look ahead to the future Rowley Baseball/ Softball Complex! Tuesday's party is not only to have lots of fun, but to provide updates on the current Complex, what is to come, and how you can still help the project!

We will have FREE bouncy castles, Dunk Tank, Yard Games, and Music. Mabes Pizza and Sugar Bowl for purchase! We are excited for a big pool party to cap off a great summer!
