Well, today is October 1st, some of you who may be used to an announcement weeks ago might be wondering why there has been no word on a 2025 haunt. Well, after a lot of consideration, I have made the hard and painful decision to take a year off in 2025. Now, this doesn't mean we're going away, as of right now I plan to be back next year for the 2026 season! However, I have decided to take this year off. To put it simply, last year behind the scenes was a total disaster, and caused a lot of un-needed stress. Going into the 2025 season because of many of the reasons from last year, my heart was simply not in it. I didn't want to deal with the same stress as I did last year. The passion isn't gone, but if I didn't feel up for it much this year, then I know the product I would give everyone would NOT be even comparable to the past few years, and the last thing I'd want to do is waste people's time to come out for a terrible product. There's a lot of other personal reasons that I won't get into publicly that go even outside of the haunt that made me not feel comfortable running it this year. I know a lot of you look forward to this every year, as do I, and this decision didn't come lightly, however I felt it was in my best interest to take 2025 off. Hopefully next year we will be back bigger than ever before to make up for this year! However, if you still want to check something out, for those who know where we're at, we will still have the same massive yard display as usual! Now, that we're not running this year, all I can ask is find other people around that are doing something similar to us. Support your local home haunts, your local family ran celebrations, etc. I'm not talking about a soulless, heartless government ran celebration, or one of many trunk r treats sucking the fun out of the holiday. Find those who are truly passionate about this holiday, support them, make them happy this year. If you have a home haunt you would like to get out there, you are more than welcome to advertise in the comments! We need more of you guys rather than local governments who have no care or passion for what they're doing! As for now, see you all next year!

Well, that's another season come and gone! To everyone that came out and supported us once again this year, thank you very much! This was truly a wild year in terms of getting things ready to go, as the final touches were added right before opening day! Here I am just one guy, I design everything, build everything, fund everything, and run everything. But that's what a home haunt is all about, the freedom to do whatever you want on your own terms and share that joy to everyone else! We're not some van in a church parking lot with a bowl of candy in the trunk, we're not a passionless government ran gathering, what I am trying to do is bring the Halloween I grew up with back to this community! And again, to everyone that showed up and supported everything, I am beyond thankful! You never know what the future holds, but updates on 2025 will come next Fall!
