What does a day in the life of owning The Willow & Vine actually look like? ✨

It starts LONG before the guests arrive.

On this particular event day, I started at home washing tablecloths before heading to our storage unit to grab the shimmer wall and other décor we needed. Then came loading the car, arriving at the venue, cleaning up after the previous event, sweeping and mopping, setting tables, preparing balloons and completely transforming the backdrop.

For this celebration, the client chose a beautiful black, white and silver color palette. 🖤🤍🩶

We finished the room with styled guest tables, a silver shimmer wall, balloon garland, marquee letters, candles, charger plates, uplighting and a custom welcome sign.

There’s a lot of work behind every transformation, but seeing the finished room, and then seeing our guests actually enjoying it, is always worth it. ❤️

We’re also currently looking for a hardworking assistant to join The Willow & Vine team! If you’re dependable, willing to learn and comfortable helping with hands-on event setup and breakdown, send us a DM for more information.
