Get Repost App • Ebonee Benson When the opportunity came to join the To Live and Design 2026 line up, my first thought was… “Me?”…And I heard Spirit say, “Yes. You!”
Flowers healed me! My love and passion for floral design grew during one of the toughest seasons of my life. Disappointments in life and love rocked the foundations of my confidence in ways that I never expected. Days that seemed too heavy to push through became easier each time I touched a flower. A love ritual I didn’t know I needed. So I kept showing up, I kept learning, I kept designing and I fell in love with flowers and eventually deeper in love with the Ebonee that was blooming. When life got messy, when my heart was broken, when I lost the clients, when I had to start over, when I slept in my car… I stayed committed to showing up and to being authentic. I’ve said it before, authenticity opens doors.
Our table for To Live & Design expresses Love that blooms in the darkest of times, a Dark Botanical Romance. Whether that is love for self, another person, a place or a thing.
What I wanted guests to feel the most is love and connection to nature and to each other. I wanted to remind guests that at your best and even at your worst, you can find love at the dinner table. The food, the laughs, the embrace.
In a time where the world seems chaotic, the dinner table has traditionally been a place to gather, to recenter, regroup, reground, and REIGNITE!
