Job Title: Priceville Event Center Team Member (full-time)
Pay- $17.91 an hour

Job Summary:
The Priceville Event Center is seeking a highly motivated team member to work at our new event and fitness center. The team member will be responsible for maintaining the schedule for the day, facilitating fitness classes, managing social media accounts, maintenance needs and helping customers in a friendly and professional manner. The candidate will work closely with a team of employees and ensure the Priceville Event Center is running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Open and/or close the Priceville Event Center daily and ensure that all areas are clean, organized, and ready for customers.
Set up the schedule for the day, including coordinating staff and resources for fitness classes and events.
Facilitate fitness classes, ensuring that customers are engaged, motivated, and challenged.
Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have, ensuring that they have an excellent experience at the Priceville Event Center.
Ensure that the Priceville Event Center meets all health and safety regulations, including proper equipment maintenance, cleaning procedures, and emergency protocols.
Provide regular reports to the Director of Operations on the performance of the Priceville Event Center, including customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
Develop and implement new business opportunities for the Priceville Event Center, including building relationships with local businesses and organizations and promoting the Priceville Event Center's services to potential clients.
*This is a 40-50 hours a week position that reports directly to the Director of Operations. Must have reliable transportation, be on time & willing to work weekends and special event hours as needed.*
Preferred Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in customer service and managing social media accounts.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to work flexible hours, including morning, evenings and weekends.
